I began my marketing career more than ten years ago with one foot in Copenhagen and the other in London. Today, based in the Netherlands, I support international brands in building stronger customer relationships and improving retention through focused marketing strategies and strategically optimised CRM.

My experience spans both fast-growing startups and large international organisations within e-commerce and subscription-based business models. In these environments, I have led CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives designed to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.

I bring together strategic thinking and hands-on execution: from shaping concepts and customer journeys to launching campaigns and optimisation programmes. My approach combines commercial focus and data-driven decision making with a creative mindset.
